I m a constable in up police but i want to b a ips so how can i start to prepair for that and i m on training.
First of all I congratulate you that you are in public service and want to serve this country as an IPS Officer.
Any Goal of life is started with a dream and you have started your journey with the dream.
I believe that anthing can be achieved with concetration and consistency. So start study
with concentration and consistency.
You may not have enough time for studies but you can make smsll goals and start studies with consistency. Suddenely you will realise that you are achieving your goals. You will feel confident whenever a small goal will be achieved.
At the time of exams, you can take the leave of 2 months for preparation.
Your constable job will help you to understand the police system and the job of constable will also continuosly motivate you to become the IPS officer.
